Facilitating interventions
Our consultants are all experienced training practitioners, yet with such a variety of backgrounds that we are able to select the perfect match for your project. They all share a common tenet - remembering that the most important activity going on in the training room is the learning not the training. This means we deliver learner-centred courses that appeal to all learning styles, make learning easy and readily transferred to the workplace.
We use a participative, facilitative style as our experience shows that people learn best when they are engaged in a variety of activities including whole group discussions, small syndicate exercises and skills practice. When we need to deliver input we do this in a stimulating, exciting way, using many accelerated learning techniques, so that any theory is viewed as an essential element of the programme and is clearly seen to underpin skills and behaviours.
Case studies and examples used on our programmes are developed with you to ensure that they are recognisable to participants.
All our interventions include quiet time for reflection and consolidation at appropriate points throughout the programme and the use of learning logs and action plans enables participants to record their thoughts and make commitments as they progress through the event.
Above all, our consultants deliver programmes with great flexibility and are happy to spend more time on certain topics if that is what the group wants, whilst moving swiftly on if the group has quickly achieved the learning outcomes for that session.
