Scoping meeting
Following your initial approach we will meet with you to discover what is driving this current requirement, agree what is both in and out of the scope of this project and decide on project outcomes and timescales. We will also use this opportunity to find out more about your business, its aims and values so that we can be sure that the interventions we design align with your business needs and culture.
We pride ourselves on developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders and the scoping meeting provides the ideal opportunity. You can meet the consultant(s) who will be working on your account and we can meet key contacts in your organisation.
The main output of this meeting will be your full design specification, detailing the learning outcomes, outline timings, structure and content, training methods and suggestions for evaluation. You will also receive an estimate of the development time and costs, along with any additional prices for videos, questionnaires, diagnostic tools etc.
At this stage we ask you to sign off the design specification (subject to any amendments) so you can be sure that what we develop is precisely what you want.
