An assessment centre is three times more likely to be predictive of subsequent job success than a selection interview.

There are several advantages of our approach to Assessment / Development Centres:

  • It affords more time than a traditional interview in which to impress the assessors - previous candidates have said that this process enables them to overcome any interview nerves
  • It reviews competences consistently, which ensures a fair chance for all applicants, by eliminating bias. It overcomes any tendency by interviewers to say, "I can spot 'em as soon as they walk through the door". This is especially helpful in the context of diversity
