Job Analysis
During this phase we undertake the following tasks:
- Meet with you to confirm your requirements, and fully explore the shape and scope of the Assessment Programme
- Work with you to identify the criteria you require candidates to meet as predictors of success in the post, and so determine the appropriate competences for these positions
- Recommend appropriate activities that will test candidates against your criteria
- Work with you to develop any tailored activities you wish to incorporate.
