Overview of Selection Methods/Exercises
The range of exercises you can use is extensive - we would work with you to select the exercises which best measure your required competences. Options include:
- Short Interview
- Group Exercise
- Presentation Exercise
- Competence Based Board Interview
- Occupational Tests
- Written Exercises
We will timetable the event, and produce all the necessary documentation. During the Assessment Centre, we would act as a resource for both candidates and Assessors, along with managing the paperwork and facilitating the Data Integration Session.
